From all my gym gear - belts, jump rope, grips, sleeves, towels, etc. to my spare clothes cloths and toiletries to shower after training and head straight to work. And, a separate compartment for my different training and work shoes…! RCNT have litterally thought of it all with this backpack! It’s packed out to the max on the daily with everything I need from work to play and still has spare room! Made from a heavy water proof canvas it’s tough as and the back is well padded for support this bag has been made to stand the test of time.
