RCNT started after life didn’t go to plan — injury, burnout, breakdowns, big changes. This isn’t a brand about perfect morning routines. It’s for the days you’re still showing up, even when everything feels messy.

How it started

Real life · Not a moodboard

RCNT was born out of the kind of season you don’t post online — near-misses, courtrooms, co-parenting, starting over financially, trying to hold it together while the kids are watching. Training became a way to stay sane. Clothes became armour for the school run, gym floor, sidelines and late-night debriefs on the couch.

The problem? Most “performance” gear felt like it was made for full-time athletes, not people juggling real life. And most “streetwear” felt like it was made to be seen online, not lived in. RCNT exists in the gap.

From survival mode to story.

RCNT started as a reminder on a phone: “Reconnect to now.” Over time it turned into a phrase on paper, then a logo, then samples. The goal was simple — clothes that matched the inner work, not just the workout.

Queensland roots, global energy.

Designed in Queensland and worn wherever life’s loud and busy. Heat, humidity, long days on feet and plenty of chaos — if it works here, it works anywhere.

A note from the person behind it

Founder · Human first

RCNT isn’t about pretending everything is fine. It’s about having something on your back that reminds you you’re still in the fight — even when you don’t recognise your own life for a while.

There were years where everything felt like it was breaking at once: work, identity, relationships, mental health. Training kept me grounded. So did being a dad. What I wanted was gear that felt like it understood all of that — not just my one-hour session.

If RCNT does its job, you’ll put a piece on and feel a little more like yourself. The real you. The one who keeps getting back up, even when no one’s watching.
