Orders & Shipping
We dispatch from Brisbane within 1–2 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it ships.
Australia Standard is $9.99, and free on orders over $75 (2–8 business days). Express is $14.95 (1–4 business days). International rates and times show at checkout.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email admin@rcnt.co as soon as possible. Once it's dispatched, changes may not be possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Free size exchange within 14 days of delivery, on sale items too. Email admin@rcnt.co with your order number and the size you want. The item must be unworn, unwashed and have tags attached. Return postage for exchanges is paid by the customer.
Items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Faulty or incorrect items are always covered under the Australian Consumer Law.

Sizing & Products
See the Size Guide for garment measurements. The Heavyweight Hoodie is cut oversized and the tees are relaxed. If you're between sizes, size down for a cleaner fit or stay true for the intended cut. If it's wrong, the free size exchange has you covered.
Drop 01 is a limited run and some sizes and colours won't come back. Follow @rcnt_co or join the email list for drop and restock news.

Yes. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
