Orders ship from Brisbane, Australia within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates
- Australia Standard: $9.99, free on orders over $75. Delivery in 2–8 business days.
- Australia Express: $14.95. Delivery in 1–4 business days.
- New Zealand and international: rates and timeframes are shown at checkout once you enter your address. Duties and import taxes, where they apply, are set by your country and are not included in RCNT prices.
Remote and regional areas can sit at the upper end of delivery times. All prices are in AUD and include GST.
Free size exchange (14 days)
Wrong size? Email admin@rcnt.co within 14 days of delivery and we'll swap it for another size, subject to stock. We send the new size at no extra charge. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have tags attached. Return postage for exchanges is paid by the customer.
Returns and refunds (30 days)
Items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed and have tags attached.
If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll fix it with a replacement, repair or refund, and we'll cover the return postage. Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to return or exchange
- Email admin@rcnt.co with your order number and, for an exchange, the size you want.
- We'll reply with instructions and the return address.
- Send the item back. Once we've received and checked it, we dispatch your exchange or process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
