Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from Queensland, Australia. Delivery times and rates depend on your location and are outlined on our Shipping & Delivery page.

How long will my order take to arrive?

For most Australian orders, standard shipping is usually around 2–8 business days and express is 1–4 business days. International orders generally take longer. These timeframes are estimates only – carriers, customs and public holidays can add delays.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. Express options are available at checkout for eligible locations. If it shows up as an option, you can use it.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

If you’re ordering outside Australia, your local customs office may charge duties, taxes or handling fees. These are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are your responsibility.

Orders & Tracking

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

I haven’t received my order yet – what do I do?

First, check your tracking link and see where it’s at. If it looks stalled or overdue, contact the carrier directly for an update. If they can’t resolve it, email us with your order number and tracking details so we can look into it.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We start processing orders quickly, which means we can’t always make changes once it’s placed. If you’ve made a mistake, reach out to us as soon as possible – if it hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do what we can.

My parcel says “Delivered” but I can’t find it.

Start with the basics: check your letterbox, around your property, with neighbours and anyone else at your address. Then contact the carrier with your tracking number. If you’re still stuck after that, reach out to us and we’ll see how we can support.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We generally accept change of mind returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in resellable condition. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

How do I start a return?

Email us at admin@rcnt.co with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return and the reason. If it’s faulty or damaged, include photos too. We’ll reply with the next steps.

Do you do direct size exchanges?

The fastest way to swap a size is to lodge a return for the original item and place a new order for the size you want. That way your size doesn’t sell out while the parcel is on the way back.

Who pays for return shipping?

For change of mind or wrong size, return shipping is usually at your cost. If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we’ll generally cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping once confirmed.

Sizing & Product Details

How do your sizes fit?

Each product has specific sizing notes on the product page. As a general guide, most pieces are designed for a true-to-size fit with room to move. If you’re between sizes and prefer a looser fit, consider going up a size.

Do you have a size guide?

Yes – our Size Guide page breaks down measurements and fit advice for each key category. If you’re still unsure, send us your usual size, height and build and we’ll point you in the right direction.

How should I care for my RCNT gear?

In most cases: cold wash, line dry, avoid harsh chemicals and skip the dryer where you can. Always check the care label on each piece for the best results and longest life.

Will you restock sold-out items?

Some pieces are limited drops and won’t return. Others may be restocked based on demand. If you love something, use any “notify me” options on the product page or join our email list so you don’t miss the next drop.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, plus other options shown at checkout (such as select buy now, pay later services where available).

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount code can be used per order unless stated otherwise. Codes usually can’t be stacked with other promotions or bundles.

My discount code isn’t working.

Double-check the spelling, expiry date and any conditions (minimum spend, specific items, etc.). If it still doesn’t work and you believe it should, reach out before completing checkout so we can help.

What does RCNT stand for?

RCNT is about recentering, reconnecting and owning who you are right now – not some past or future version of you. It’s a reminder to stay present and connected in the middle of real-life chaos.

Is RCNT just an apparel brand?

Apparel is one part of it, but the vision is bigger – all shall be revealed through stories, conversations and spaces that support people who are rebuilding their life from the inside out.
