Returns

We want you backing yourself in RCNT gear — not stressing about it. If something’s not right, we’ll sort it fast and fairly.

The basics

  • Returns window (change of mind): You’ve got 30 days from delivery to request a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags on, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase: Order number or receipt required (easy).

If you’re unsure, just reach out. We’re humans — we’ll talk it through.

What you can return

You can return most full-priced items if they meet the basics above.

You can’t return (change of mind):

  • Final sale/clearance items (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards
  • Anything that’s been worn, washed, stained, or smells like a weekend bender
  • Items not in original condition or missing tags

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? No drama.

  • We’ll exchange as long as stock is available.
  • If your size is sold out, we’ll refund you instead so you can re-order whenever you’re ready.

Refunds

Once your return lands back with us and gets checked:

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • We process refunds within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.
  • Original shipping is refunded only if the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • You’ll get an email as soon as it’s approved.

If something looks off, hit us up — we’ll chase it together.

Faulty or wrong item? We’ve got you.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or we sent the wrong thing:

  1. Email us as soon as you can (ideally within 7 days) so we can sort it fast.
  2. Include your order number + a quick photo.
  3. We’ll cover return shipping and replace or refund ASAP.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to all purchases and aren’t limited by timeframes in this policy. No loopholes. No dodging.

Return shipping

  • Change-of-mind returns: Return shipping is on you.
  • Faulty/wrong items: We cover shipping both ways.

Tip: use tracked shipping so it doesn’t disappear into the void.

International orders

If you’re ordering from outside Australia, return shipping and any duties/taxes are your responsibility. Duties and taxes aren’t refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How to start a return

Easy path:

  1. Email admin@rcnt.co with:
    • Order number
    • What you’re returning
    • Reason (helps us get better)
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions + the address.
  3. Send it back within 7 days of approval.

Late returns

If you’re outside the 30-day window for change-of-mind returns, still message us. We can’t promise a return, but if there’s a legit reason we’ll try to make it work.
